Competition & Team Camp

Date: June 25th – June 28th, 2012

Location: Evanston, IL

Pricing – Individual Camper Rate:

  • Resident:  $425  per camper if you register with 10 or more teammates
  • $450  per camper if you register as an individual or a partial team member
  • Teams who register before Jan. 1st will receive a van/bus parking pass for the entire camp
  • Please note that there is NO COMMUTER OPTION for the Competition/Team Camp

This Camp is recommended for wrestlers entering grades 8-12

 

NU Competition/Team Camp Features:

  • 3-4 dual meets daily
  • College level practices
  • World Class Staff trained to meet your competition goals
  • Technical instruction daily
  • Video taping is permitted at all technique sessions and dual matches

The camp will take you to the next level

  • A team champion will receive a trophy and official championship bracket sheet
  • Outstanding wrestler awards will also be given as determined by the staff
  • Full team entrees (10 or more wrestlers) are strongly encouraged to bring a coach – a coaches rate of $175 will apply
  • Teams that bring 20 or more will receive a free coach for the week.
  • Individuals are encouraged to attend and will be placed on partial teams
  • Weight classes will be altered as needed. If your team is missing a certain weight class, we will make accommodations.
  • Weigh-ins take place at Sunday Registration
  • We do not promote weight cutting for these weigh ins

Temporary Weight Classes for the 2012 team camp: 100, 106, 114, 120, 128, 138, 145, 154, 165, 180, 200, 275.

The 2012 Northwestern Competition/Team Camp’s goal is to make you a complete wrestler through exceptional competition.  Our camp system is proven and we believe that in order to beat the best you need to outwork your opponent.  Furthermore, we will teach you and your team the concepts that work at the elite levels of high school and college wrestling.

In accordance with all NU Wrestling Camps, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be charged to all camp participants
