The Northwestern Wrestling camps will help you achieve your summer wrestling objectives and will lead you to an outstanding season. You will train with one of the finest collegiate wrestling teams in the nation and you will be learning from NCAA Champions and World-Team members.

The team and competition camp will be one of the most comprehensive team camps in the nation.  We expect teams from 8 different states and varying regions of the country. Our team drills are exceptional and you will have access to a Northwestern University Varsity Wrestler as your personal technician for the week.

The Intensive Camp will once again challenge each camper and will test you during each and every session.  We will focus on training through fatigue, the mental aspects of winning big matches and superior conditioning.  In addition, if you have freestyle and Greco interest, this is the perfect camp for you!

The Technique Camp continues to serve as the most comprehensive system in the nation.  During each session, you will learn a progression of attacks/techniques that will allow you to develop new variations to techniques that you have yet to master.  Our staff believes in the fundamentals of wrestling as well as the new techniques that are utilized on the college level.

Our camp location is simply the BEST in the country.  The wrestling venue and your dorm room will be steps away from the beaches of Lake Michigan.  Bring your drill partner, your teammate or the entire team, it will be a camp experience like no other!
